If you have questions regarding the information on your real estate record, the assessment process, or the assessor’s opinion of the value of your property, please call our office to discuss your concerns with an appraiser. A review of your property record for accuracy or a field inspection can often clear up any misinformation.
A formal appeal can be filed with the assessor by the property owner or their authorized agent.
