Upon request, hearings will be held to review your assessment from March to April 30 of each year. The Board of Equalization will hold hearings based on completed applications submitted by June 30. The Board of Equalization can be reached by calling (757) 385-6296 or emailing BOE@vbgov.com.

The Annual Report details actual and projected data for the FY 2027 reassessment, as well as pertinent data compared to previous year’s projections included in the FY 2027 Annual Report.
